To install the program you need to unzip the install program first.
Use WinZip or another program. Most computers have such a program
installed by default but if not you may download an evaluation copy at
www.winzip.com.
The program will work on computers using Windows 98 or later (including
Windows XP).

Procedure for installing the biorhythm program:
- Download the zip file above (click the link, wait for the file to download
and save the file to your hard disk)
- Double click the saved file to open it. To open the file you'll need the
Winzip program (Download an evaluation program at
www.winzip.com)
- Now double click the file <setup.exe> to run this file (select <ok> to run
the file).
- Follow the instructions to install the biorhythm program to your computer
- Finally double click the new biorhythm short cut icon on your computer
desktop to run the program.
